West Kent Mind

The charity supports anyone with a mental health problem in the Sevenoaks district in West Kent with advice and support. They offer a range of services from counselling and hands on activities such as gardening and music groups, to specialised support programmes and mental health workshops and training courses for individuals and workplaces, all designed to help put coping strategies into practice for everyday life.
