Forget – me- not Café
Services for people with Disabilities
The Sevenoaks Area Dementia Friendly Community group started out with the aim of raising awareness of good dementia practices and services. They provide monthly ‘Forget-me-not cafés’ across the Sevenoaks District, ‘Forget-me-notes’ singing group and Forget-me-not allotment plot. We provide companionship over a cuppa, peer support and entertaining activities for people living with memory loss.
