Parents supporting Parents

Parents supporting Parents is our new family support group for parents and carers of young people in the Sevenoaks District. Is your young person struggling with their mental health? Is it impacting their life and relationships? Meeting once a week for 12 weeks, this new support group will offer a safe space for parents and carers to share experiences. Participants will gain increased confidence to talk about mental health, support young people engaging in behaviours including self-harm, and reach out at times of crisis. The first 12-week online programme will begin on Monday 24 July.
